The world is constantly changing, and we have a role to play in these changes. We know that our gestures and our actions have an impact on the environment. It is therefore important for us to take responsibility from a societal, environmental and social point of view.
On a daily basis, we implement different actions to preserve our environment: energy saving, waste management, favoring short circuits, distributors in rooms, etc., which has earned us the "Green Key"" label for the third consecutive year. We are now fully involved in an Eco-Labeling process, thus validating our will and all of our actions at the European level.
Our approach of course applies to catering and breakfasts since we are involved in the Ecotable approach favoring seasonal products, short circuits and if possible organic. We are also very proud of our title of Maître Restaurateur obtained more than 10 years ago.
